Add/Update Credit Card Information in eConveyance
Change/Update Credit Card Information
If you have administrative rights, you can change/update credit card details.
- In the Main Menu that runs across the top of the page click the Profiles icon (looks like a little person) next to our telephone number.
- Hover your cursor over the icon, then hover over “Profiles” in the drop-down menu, and click on “Company Profile” in the fly-out menu.
- Click on the tab labelled “Billing Information”.
- Select the blue hyperlink Change or Update Credit Card Details
- For security reasons, you will be asked to log in again. Navigate back to this screen and click "Change or Update Credit Card Details" again.
- Click "change" next to “My workload is”. Then click Custom Workload and change the Low Balance Warning to $100.00 or more, and also set your Top-up amount.
- Click Save & Next.
- Enter your credit card details. We accept Visa Mastercard and AMEX.
- Click Submit. You should see a pop-up that says “You have successfully stored your credit card information”
