Find your Activation Key (License Key)
If you forget your activation key (sometimes referred to a license key), you can find it by logging into your Account Center. You will need your activation key from time to time and it’s a good idea to keep your activation key somewhere safe and share it with colleagues who have admin or billing privileges to the account.
Steps to find your activation key:
- Go to myaccount.esilaw.com and log in to your account.
- Use the registered email address you used when creating your account as the username. If you don’t remember which email address you used, please contact the Unity Accounting support team by submitting a ticket via dyedurham.ca/support/unity-accounting. If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot your password?” to reset it. The link to reset your password will be sent to your registered email address.
- Once logged in, click on the “Manage” button beside “My License.”
- Then click on “View.”
- Then click on “Copy/Paste” button.
