Memorizing a Report

The Memorized Reports feature can be used to group reports so that you can print them in batches. Memorized Reports saves the report filters so you may run them at a later time such as at month-end and/or year-end.

To print report:

  1. Click on Reports
  2. Select the report to be memorized
  3. Click on Memorize
  4. Select an existing report group or enter a name for a new report group.
  5. Enter a description for the report
  6. Click on Memorize to save the report

Viewing Memorized Reports

  1. Click on Reports
  2. Select the Group of reports you would like to view or print.
  3. Update the report date range as applicable for the reports in the group.

Note: 

  •  The reports such as Accounts Receivable Aging, Accounts Payable Aging, Work in Progress reports and others will not have accurate results if the report From date is not 01/01/1980 as opening balances are not included in the report. 

  4.   Click on Update to update the report date range.

 5.    View and delete the reports in the report group as applicable.

6.     Tick to View / Print all reports in the selected report group.

7.    Output method - Select “View” to display the report on your screen, or “Print” to print the report.

Note: 

  •  The report can be exported to Excel or PDF from the “View” screen.
